Student visit to Snowdonia

This summer saw the first CDT-ACM group trip, visiting Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. Making use of the Imperial College mountain hut, the cohort stayed in the heart of the district, which provides access to some of the most beautiful scenery in the UK. In addition to climbing Mount Snowdon, the group had the opportunity to present updates of their PhD projects and the health and safety implications of their work. We look forward the second cohort of students of October 2015 joining us next year.
