Congratulations to CDT-ACM student Emily Hofmann who has been awarded first prize in the Innovations for High Performance Microelectronics award of the “Nachwuchspreis der Freunde des IHP”. Emily is researching the electronic and structural properties of germanium-tin nanostructures and is supervised by Dr Thomas Schroeder at IHP and Dr Neil Curson at UCL.
